關(guān)于機械產(chǎn)量，二十世紀七十年代后期，控制冷卻技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得鋼板軋制中的TMCP技術(shù)得到廣泛發(fā)展。

With regard to mechanical production, the development of cooling technology in the late 1970s made the TMCP technology develop widely in steel plate rolling.

在軋機設置了上軋輥動態(tài)軸向調(diào)整。軋機調(diào)零后，可以測量和存儲上探頭到上輥軸及下探頭到下輥軸的距離。軋制過程中立輥如失去平衡而引起上輥或下輥的竄動，上輥會與下輥同步調(diào)整，從而保證上、下腹板對中并控制腹板和翼緣的尺寸。

There is a dynamic axial adjustment of the upper roll on the universal rolling mill. After the rolling mill is zero, the distance between the upper roll shaft and the lower probe can be measured and stored. During the rolling process, if the neutral rolls lose balance, the upper roller or the lower roll will move. The upper roller will synchronize with the lower roller, so as to ensure the upper and lower plate alignment and  the dimensi of web and flange.

軋機的輥系在換輥前可以預安裝并調(diào)整好，軋機停車后只需較短時間即可換上新輥系。而新輥系經(jīng)少量試軋后即能軋出合格產(chǎn)品。因此這種軋機可調(diào)性能好，成材率高。

短應力線軋機可制成二輥式、三輥式或四輥式多種形式的軋機。在型鋼、線材和板帶鋼生產(chǎn)中部有應用。

The roll system of rolling mill can be pre installed and adjusted before changing the roll. After the rolling mill , it only needs a short time to replace the new roll system. The new roll system can be rolled out of the qualified product after a small amount of test rolling. Therefore, this kind of rolling mill has good adjustable performance and high yield.  

The short stress line mill can be made into two - roll, three - roll, or four - roll type rolling mills. It is applied in the middle part of steel, wire and strip steel.

四棍軋機的工作輥直徑較小，傳遞軋制力矩，軋延壓力由直徑較大的支承輥承受。這類設備的主要優(yōu)點是相對剛度較大，壓下量大、軋延力小，可軋制較薄的板材，也包括有可逆和連軋兩種。

The working roll diameter of the four bar mill is small, and the rolling torque is transferred. The rolling pressure is borne by the backup roller with larger diameter. The main advantages of this type of equipment are relatively large stiffness, large reduction, low rolling force, thin rolled sheets, and reversible and continuous rolling two.
