軋制技術的有關問題:
般在板邊緣較薄,扎或縱厚度偏差就叫做板凸度。如果板凸度足夠大,板厚偏差可以達到一定值,以至于鋼板不適用于在嚴格要求板厚精度的場合。當厚度偏差增大(在板寬方向上厚度不同)導致在材料設計后產品損失中應考慮增加板厚邊緣。
