汽車行業的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機廠、飛機制造廠等大廠，獨立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

增設強壓功能。即對卸料鑲塊壓料部加厚尺寸(正常的卸料鑲塊厚H 0.03mm)，以增加對凹模側材料的壓力，從而抑制沖切時沖壓件產生翻料、扭曲變形。

清除沖壓機床滑塊底面、工作臺面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），調整上滑塊到上死點位置，并轉動調節螺桿，將連桿長度調到短（即閉合高度大）。
