合理的模具設(shè)計(jì)。在級(jí)進(jìn)模中,下料順序的安排有可能影響到?jīng)_壓件成形的精度。針對(duì)沖壓件細(xì)小部位的下料，一般先安排較大面積之沖切下料，再安排較小面積的沖切下料，以減輕沖裁力對(duì)沖壓件成形的影響。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，在保證能正常使用情況下，盡量使尺寸精度等級(jí)及表面粗糙度等級(jí)要求低一些，并有利于產(chǎn)品的互換，減少?gòu)U品、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，應(yīng)有利于盡可能使用現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、工藝裝備以及工藝流程對(duì)其進(jìn)行加工，并有利于沖模使用壽命的延長(zhǎng)。

壓住材料。克服傳統(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，在卸料板上開(kāi)出容料間隙(即模具閉合時(shí)，卸料板與凹模貼合，而容納材料處卸料板與凹模的間隙為材料厚t-0.03～0.05mm)。如此，沖壓中卸料板運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，而材料又可被壓緊。關(guān)鍵成形部位，卸料板一定做成鑲塊式結(jié)構(gòu)，以方便解決長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沖壓所導(dǎo)致卸料板壓料部位產(chǎn)生的磨(壓)損，而無(wú)法壓緊材料。
