五金沖壓件應用領域

汽車行業的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機廠、飛機制造廠等大廠，獨立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

Application field of metal stamping parts

Stamping in the automobile industry. It is dominated by deep drawing. In China, this part is mainly conceated in automobile factories, tractor factories, aircraft manufactory and so on. Independent large stamping and drawing plants are not yet seen.

五金沖壓件加工包括沖裁、彎曲、拉深、成形、精整等工序。沖壓件加工的材料主要是熱軋或冷軋（以冷軋為主）的金屬板帶材料，例如碳鋼板、合金鋼板、彈簧鋼板、鍍鋅板、鍍錫板、不銹鋼板、銅及銅合金板、鋁及鋁合金板等。

stamping process includes blanking, bending, drawing, forming, finishing and other processes. The main materials for stamping parts are hot rolling or cold rolling (cold rolling), such as carbon steel, alloy steel plate, spring steel plate, galvanized plate, tin plate, stainless steel plate, copper and copper alloy plate, aluminum and aluminum alloy plate.

薄板：鋸削時盡可能從寬面鋸下去，若必須從窄面鋸下時，可用兩塊木墊夾持，連木塊一起鋸下，也可把薄板直接夾在虎鉗上，用手鋸作橫向斜推鋸，使鋸齒與薄板料接觸的齒數增加，避免鋸齒崩裂。

Thin plate: sawing as far as  as wide as when sawing. If must be sawed from narrow surface, it can be held by two wooden blocks and sawed together with wooden blocks. The sheet can be clipped directly to the vise, and a hand saw is used as a transverse oblique saw to increase the number of teeth contacted with the sheet material and avoid the crack of the saw teeth.

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機工作臺或墊板上適當位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標記好模具的擺放位置。

手動扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），使機床上滑塊下行并停于下死點位置。

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used, the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
