切分刀粘鋼是如何引起的？（1）切分孔型老化，切分孔出來的料在切分契尖處較厚，增加了切分刀的切分負荷；（2）切分道和孔型不對中，使切分刀不能順利切開料型，引起粘鋼；Rollingistheprocessofchangingthepressureoftheingotandtheshapeofthebilletbetweentherotatingrolls。（3）切分處冷卻水冷卻效果不好，導(dǎo)致粘鋼；（4）料型控制不好，或有條頭和開花頭現(xiàn)象，使切分刀不能順利切開料型。
