 3、水泵出水量不足

 1、上緊壓蓋到適應程度

 2、調整填料搭口，使之錯開一定角度而不在一個方向

 3、更換填料

 4、更換符合要求的石棉填料

 5、更換軸套

4、葉輪表面的氣蝕。由于葉片背水面運行時產生負壓，當壓力Pk<Pva時，產生汽穴和蜂窩表面后，在電化學腐蝕作用下，使泵葉汽蝕。

5、容積損失和機械損失。由于泵使用時間長，機械磨損產生漏失和阻力增大，使容積效率和機械效率降低。

以上原因，使水泵性能變差。運行效率降低2～5%，嚴重的可以使水泵效率降低10%以上。

用戶選擇水泵時， 是到農機部門認可的銷售點，一定要認清生產廠家。建議優先考慮購買充水式潛水電泵，并且看清牌號和產品質量合格證。千萬不能購買“三無”（即無生產廠家、無生產日期、無生產許可證）產品，否則出現了問題，用戶將束手無策。

作為用戶，由于受到專業知識的局限，很難定奪，  靠而又比較成熟的產品，不失為一種明智的選擇。同時，應根據當地的電源情況來決定用單相泵或三相泵。
