混流泵

混流泵是一種“拉出”式結(jié)構(gòu)泵，在檢查和拆卸葉輪和軸封時(shí)，毋須將與泵體相連接的管路拆開。裝有精密加工的泵軸，裝有稀油潤(rùn)滑的軸承，在填料函蓋中裝有防護(hù)軸套。軸承箱的油位，可由恒位油杯來控制。

泵體的支腳，可承受來自管路的任何載荷，并直接傳遞給基礎(chǔ)。這樣，轉(zhuǎn)子不會(huì)因?yàn)楸贸惺鼙檬茌d荷而產(chǎn)生彎曲，從而保證軸承的使用壽命。

由于較大的過流面積，從而減少阻塞。

泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看，為順時(shí)針方向。

動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)可采用電動(dòng)機(jī)或內(nèi)燃機(jī)。

泵裝置上可以配備完整的放氣裝置，有利于吸入管路的排氣。

5、泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)注意有無雜音及泵內(nèi)是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車檢查。

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進(jìn)、出水管路有無進(jìn)氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機(jī)與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)，需檢查電機(jī)與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)振動(dòng)。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

 5、水泵有雜音或振動(dòng)
