爐子的燃燒器采用的是自動點火器，并帶火焰檢測。在正常點火后，如果突然停電，安全裝置電磁閥自動切斷氣路內燃氣供應。蓄熱式加熱爐的輻射傳熱：輻射傳熱是物體熱射線的傳播過程，溫度越高，輻射能量越大，此種傳熱存在于爐氣對爐壁、爐氣和爐壁對鋼坯表面。此時必需重新開啟電磁閥開關按鈕，使燃氣重新送入到爐子燃燒器內，但是我們在燃燒器上設計配套的電子打火并帶火焰檢測，只要氣體進入到燒咀內電子打火器就會自動打火，點燃氣體燃燒。

緊迫停爐時，制止只用外表風封閉控制閥，一定要封閉爐前手閥。如遇被加熱介質中止，應當即救活，爐膛通入蒸汽。爐出人員及過熱蒸汽壓力計；調理風門及煙道擋板；緊迫放空設備；防爆門；爐膛及回彎頭箱救活蒸汽線。

When the furnace is shut down, the outer closed valve must be stopped. The hand valve must be closed. If the heating medium is discontinued, it should be saved, and the furnace is connected with steam. 臺車式加熱爐的組成包括加熱爐本體和余熱回收系統。余熱回收系統中有一個空氣預熱器,空氣預熱器是又由非冷凝式空氣預熱器和冷凝式空氣預熱器兩段組成。
