三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封圈、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根填料組成。其作用有：

   1、啟動時防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。

   2、抽水時防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。

（一）試車：

 水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車，其目的：

1、

使各種配合部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。

2、

檢查和消除安裝中的毛病。

3、

檢查水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合要求

after installation for the following purp 

1.Make all

parts cooperate well.

2.Check and

remove the problems during the installation.

3.Check the

diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

 2、水泵起動后有一股水就不出水了

 After starting ,

 the pump only send one stream water then no water runs out

 1、吸入的水中有過多氣泡

 2、吸水管中窩存空氣

 3、吸水管或連接處墊料不嚴(yán)密有進(jìn)氣現(xiàn)象

 4、底閥或葉輪有水草雜物填塞

 1.There are too many bubbles in the

 indrawn water

 2.There is air in the suction pipes

 3.The paddings in connected parts are

 imprecision and produces leaking phenomenon

 4.There are waterweeds and sundries

 filled in the bottom valve or impeller

 1、檢查進(jìn)水管末端是否在水平面以下一米左右

 2、排除空氣

 3、高速墊料，填塞縫隙擰緊螺栓

 4、消除水草雜物

 1.Check the end

 of water inlet pipe if it is under the water surface at one meter

 2. Remove the

 air

 3.Add padding to

 fill the gaps and then tighten the bolts

 4.Clear the

 waterweeds and sundries.

1）性能范圍 泵口徑50～200毫米，流量12.5～400立方米/時，揚(yáng)程8～125米，配套動力有柴油機(jī)直聯(lián)、皮帶傳動，電動機(jī)直聯(lián)，功率1.1～110千瓦，轉(zhuǎn)速1450～2900轉(zhuǎn)/分。

（2）結(jié)構(gòu)型式 輕小型離心泵為軸向吸入單級單吸懸架式離心泵，泵體后開門，出口位于中心向上，后蓋為壓嵌式，軸承體與泵體直接聯(lián)結(jié)，泵腳位于泵體下方，軸承用黃油潤滑，軸封分為軟填料、機(jī)械密封、橡膠油封三種。（六）軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵軸流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，處長使用壽命。葉輪均為閉式，傳動分為聯(lián)軸器傳動和皮帶傳動兩種。泵葉輪轉(zhuǎn)向：從泵進(jìn)口方向看，葉輪轉(zhuǎn)向為順時針，當(dāng)泵與柴油機(jī)直聯(lián)傳動時，為逆時針。泵出口可裝置手動泵，可去掉底閥，減少水力損失，并能使泵自吸。
