⑴設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件必須滿足產(chǎn)品使用和技術(shù)性能，并能便于組裝及修配。

⑵設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件必須有利于提高金屬材料的利用率，減少材料的品種和規(guī)格，盡可能降低材料的消耗。在允許的情況下采用價(jià)格低廉的材料，盡可能使零件做到無廢料及少廢料沖裁。

⑶設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件必須形狀簡單，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，以有利于簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu)、簡化工序數(shù)量，即用少、簡單的沖壓工序完成整個(gè)零件的加工，減少再用其他方法加工，并有利于沖壓操作，便于組織實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，以高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。

壓住材料。克服傳統(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，在卸料板上開出容料間隙(即模具閉合時(shí)，卸料板與凹模貼合，而容納材料處卸料板與凹模的間隙為材料厚t-0.03～0.05mm)。如此，沖壓中卸料板運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，而材料又可被壓緊。關(guān)鍵成形部位，卸料板一定做成鑲塊式結(jié)構(gòu)，以方便解決長時(shí)間沖壓所導(dǎo)致卸料板壓料部位產(chǎn)生的磨(壓)損，而無法壓緊材料。

管材的鋸削：選用細(xì)齒鋸條，當(dāng)管壁鋸?fù)负箅S即將管子沿著推鋸方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一個(gè)適當(dāng)角度，再繼續(xù)鋸割，依次轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，直至將管子鋸斷。鋸割時(shí)管子必須夾正。

Cutting of pipe: select a fine toothed saw blade, when the tube wall is sawed through a proper angle along the direction of the push saw, then continue sawing and turn, until the pipe is sawed. When sawing is cut, the pipe must be clamped.
