The cemented carbide roller ring is widely applied to the finishing mill housing of high-speed wire rod mill, as well as the finishing mill for some high speed wire rod mill and the pre finishing mill and bar mill. 軋機(jī)上使金屬產(chǎn)生連續(xù)塑性變形的主要工作部件和工具。軋輥主要由輥身、輥頸和軸頭3部分組成。

輥身是實(shí)際參與軋制金屬的軋輥中間部分。它具有光滑的圓柱形或帶軋槽的表面。輥頸安裝在軸承中，并通過軸承座和壓下裝置把軋制力傳給機(jī)架。

The roller body is the middle part of the roll that actually takes part in rolling the metal. It has a smooth cylinder or a surface with a groove. The roller neck is installed in the bearing and passes the rolling force to the rack through the bearing seat and the press down device. .

被軋制的鋼種  

被軋制的鋼種是選擇軋輥的關(guān)鍵因素，其抗變形能力隨坯料化學(xué)成分不同而改變，主要表現(xiàn)在軋制的各階段變形的負(fù)荷大小和變化。必須根據(jù)確定的強(qiáng)度和硬度選擇軋輥。

The rolled steel is the key factor to select the roll. Its deformation resistance varies with the chemical  of the billet. It is mainly manifested in the load and change of deformation in each rolling stage. The roll must be selected according to the determined strength and hardness.
