檢查、核對模具和沖壓機床。在安裝模具前，要確認沖壓機床為沖壓工藝的型號，并檢查模具的尺寸、工作要求是否與沖壓機床的技術參數（裝模高度、滑塊行程等）相匹配，沖壓機床的狀態足否良好。

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機工作臺或墊板上適當位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標記好模具的擺放位置。

手動扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），使機床上滑塊下行并停于下死點位置。

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used, the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
