五金沖壓件與鑄件、鍛件相比，具有薄、勻、輕、強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。沖壓可制出其他方法難于制造的帶有加強(qiáng)筋、肋、起伏或翻邊的工件，以提高其剛性。秦皇島五金沖壓件由于采用精密模具，工件精度可達(dá)微米級(jí)，且重復(fù)精度高、規(guī)格一致，可以沖壓出孔窩、凸臺(tái)等。冷沖壓件一般不再經(jīng)切削加工，或僅需要少量的切削加工。熱沖壓件精度和表面狀態(tài)低于冷沖壓件，但仍?xún)?yōu)于鑄件、鍛件，切削加工量少。

檢查、核對(duì)模具和沖壓機(jī)床。在安裝模具前，要確認(rèn)沖壓機(jī)床為沖壓工藝的型號(hào)，并檢查模具的尺寸、工作要求是否與沖壓機(jī)床的技術(shù)參數(shù)（裝模高度、滑塊行程等）相匹配，沖壓機(jī)床的狀態(tài)足否良好。

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機(jī)工作臺(tái)或墊板上適當(dāng)位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標(biāo)記好模具的擺放位置。

手動(dòng)扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），使機(jī)床上滑塊下行并停于下死點(diǎn)位置。

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used, the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
