冷軋輥在工作過程中要承受很大的軋制應(yīng)力，加上軋件的焊縫、夾雜、邊裂等問題，容易導(dǎo)致瞬間高溫，使工作輥受到強(qiáng)烈熱沖擊，造成裂紋、粘輥、剝落甚至報(bào)廢。直徑超過400mm的冷軋軋輥，在鍛造后，多半在中心饅一個(gè)670一250mm的通7L。因此，冷軋輥要有抵抗因彎曲應(yīng)力、扭轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力、剪切應(yīng)力引起的開裂和剝落的能力，同時(shí)也要有高的耐磨性。
