（二）泵蓋是泵與進(jìn)水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活動(dòng)間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生磨擦，過大則會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達(dá)到規(guī)定的間隙。

（二）開車前準(zhǔn)備：

1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅(jiān)固情況。

2、檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進(jìn)、出水管是否進(jìn)氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)輕無雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

4、水泵使用后一定要注意保養(yǎng)，比如說當(dāng)水泵用完后要把水泵里的水放干凈， 是能把水管卸下來然后用清水沖洗。

5、水泵上的膠帶也要卸下來，然后用水沖洗干凈后在光照處晾干，不要把膠帶放在陰暗潮濕的地方。水泵的膠帶一定不能沾上油污，更不要在膠帶上涂一些帶粘性的東西。

6、要仔細(xì)檢查葉輪上是否有裂痕，葉輪固定在軸承上是否有松動(dòng)，如果有出現(xiàn)裂縫和松動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象要及時(shí)維修，如果水泵葉輪上面有泥土的也要清理干凈
